Undergraduate Minimum Progress Toward Degree Completion, and Satisfactory Academic Progress Information

You are required to:
- register for a minimum of 12 units each quarter
- earn at least 9 units each quarter (units for Incompletes are not included)
- earn at least 36 units in your most recent three quarters of enrollment
- maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0
By meeting these requirements each quarter, you meet the university's standard for minimum satisfactory academic progress requirements for undergraduates and are considered to be in good academic standing. If you do not meet these requirements in any given quarter, you may be placed on an academic status.
You are expected to plan an academic program to complete the 180 units required for graduation in four years (12 quarters), including the requirements for your major, General Education, Writing, and Language.
