How To Make International Payments

Students and their authorized payers can make international payments directly in Stanford's student payment system via Flywire.
Follow the simple steps below to make international payments through Flywire.
Flywire International Payment Instructions
1. Log in:
Students: Log into Axess (Student role) > “My Finances” tab > Bill & Payment System > View & Pay My Bill. Then, select Make a Payment.
Authorized Users: Use the Authorized User link to Axess (instructions sent by your student are required for the first login). On the Account Summary page, select Make a Payment.
2. Select the Amount to Pay
If you would like to make a partial payment, you can type a custom amount into the "Amount to Pay" textbox. Select Continue.
3. Initiate an International Payment
When first using the Student Payment System, or when adding additional bank accounts, you’ll be prompted to enter account information.
- Select International Payment via Flywire.

- Follow the prompts to select your payment method and provide the required information for your international payment.
4. Send your Payment
Follow the instructions provided to send your payment to Flywire. Flywire will process and send your payment to Stanford with your information. Please contact Flywire Support if you need assistance with this process.
- For payments from India, submit your LRS Declaration (also known as A2).
5. Track your Payment
You’ll be notified by email/text when Stanford receives your payment. You can track your payment online anytime by creating a login on flywire.com.
Once received, you can view your payment on the Bill & Payment System Account Activity page.
