Ethnicity Panel

The university is required to collect certain data concerning the ethnicity of its students in order to provide reports to the federal government in support of civil rights laws and regulations.

1. Choose one option under #1.
2. Choose one or more than one race under #2.
3. You may also optionally choose one or more backgrounds. To choose an additional background, click the "Add Background Info" button and a new row will be added in you which you may choose from the dropdown menu.
4. Once you have reviewed the information in this panel, you must confirm that "the information is correct as entered."
