Emergency Contact Information

Emergency Notification permits the university to contact you effectively in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency, or to contact a designated person on your behalf in the event that you are in an emergency situation.

• You must have at least one primary contact in the "Emergency Contact Requirement" section. You may enter additional contact(s) by clicking the plus sign at the right of any line; you may delete an existing contact by clicking the minus sign to the right of that contact.
• You must have at least one primary contact in the "Family Emergency Notification Email" section. You may enter additional contact(s) by clicking the plus sign at the right of any line; you may delete an existing contact by clicking the minus sign to the right of that contact.

Review the information entered. When you are satisfied that is is correct, check the boxes to indicate that the contact information is current and accurate. All three sliders must be set to "Yes" before you can move on.
