Axess and eForms will be unavailable from 5 p.m., Friday, July 19, until 8 a.m., Tuesday, July 23, due to a planned system upgrade. Navigate Classes will remain available during the upgrade; however, the site's data will not be refreshed during this time.


How Do I Request an Official Transcript as an Alum?

Alumni enrolled within the past 5 years

Current students and recent alumni may request transcripts directly through  Axess. Instructions can be found here. You will need your SUNetID and password. If you do not know your SUNetID or password, please contact University IT

Please note: after Summer quarter ends, visiting Summer-Session students will need to use the method outlined below.

Alumni enrolled previous to 5 years ago & visiting Summer-Session students

Please visit our Document Ordering Portal to create your Parchment account (you will not use your Axess login/password). Once you've set up your account, you can request electronic or paper transcripts.

If you are an International student with no Social Security Number, input "0000" in the SSN section in the Document Ordering Portal when requesting a transcript.
