If you need to submit a late application to graduate, withdraw your application, or modify your academic plan, learn how to do so below.
Late Application to Graduate
All applications to graduate (before or after the deadline) are submitted via Axess. Note: There is a $50 fee for applying to graduate after the deadline.
- Deadline: Late Application to Graduate deadline.
- If you have any trouble with your application to graduate, submit a help request.
- If you missed the late application to graduate deadline, contact your department’s student services officer or the Student Services Center for assistance.
Withdrawal of Application to Graduate
All withdrawals of applications to graduate (before or after the deadline) are submitted via Axess.
- Deadline: Late Application to Graduate deadline.
- If you are having difficulty withdrawing your application to graduate, submit a help request.
- If you were unable to withdraw the application to graduate by the late application to graduate deadline, submit this help request.
Modify your Academic Plan
- Deadline: Late Application to Graduate deadline.
- If you need to drop, add, or change your academic plan after you have submitted your application to graduate, submit a help request. This includes (but is not limited to) adding undergraduate honors, dropping an undergraduate or graduate Ph.D. minor, and adding undergraduate interdisciplinary honors.
- If you are adding a new plan, please be advised you must request this approval from your department and attach it to your help request.
