Jeanette Hoggatt

Jeanette has been with Stanford since 1993.  She started her Stanford career entering and processing student loan payments, managing loan documents, and transitioning students to different loan statuses as needed. In August 2008, these offices merged with the University Registrar's Office and formed the Student Services Center (SSC), where she was one of the original Specialists for the SSC. Jeanette's expertise lies with student loans, how to read the University bill, and understanding the student account. She is also the outreach partner with Financial Aid, Housing, and the School of Medicine Registrar's Office. In addition, Jeanette is one of the VA Certifying Officials at Stanford and was involved in the implementation of the Office for Military Affiliated Communities (OMAC) when it was established in April 2012.

Fun fact: Jeanette has a knack for remembering students and their ID numbers and is known as the Queen of the office! She has also played tennis since she was 10 years old and still plays competitively today!
