Autumn Enrollment & Axess Outage

Dear Students,

You may have experienced challenges last night during the first three hours of class enrollment. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration. This issue was resolved at midnight, and you can continue to register for autumn quarter.

We’ve identified that the core problem was system load capacity, and greater detail on the issue can be found on this University IT webpage.  

Your feedback is critical to improving the student enrollment experience. We invite you to share your experiences using the system, and preferences on enrollment times through this open enrollment survey.
