View & Edit Planned Classes

Use this guide to review and adjust your planned schedule before enrollment opens. Learn how to view your planned classes in Navigate Enrollment and make changes like editing units, grading basis, or swapping sections.

Log In to Navigate Enrollment and select the Navigate Enrollment button on the Axess login page.

View Your Planned Classes

Once you’ve added courses to your plan, you can use either the My Classes or My Calendar tabs to review your schedule before enrollment opens.

Option 1: Use "My Classes"

  1. Open Your Planned Classes
    • In the top navigation bar, select My Classes.
    • Select the Planned tab.
    • Confirm that the correct term is displayed.

  2. Choose Your View
    • Toggle between List and Module views using the icons.
    • Each view includes class details such as catalog number, title, section, meeting days/times, and units.
    • Select View Details to see additional information about any class.

Option 2: Use "My Calendar"

  1. Open Your Calendar
    • In the top navigation bar, select My Calendar.
    • Confirm that the correct term is displayed.

  2. Filter to Planned Classes
    • In the legend panel, check the Planned box to display only your planned classes.

  3. Select Your Layout
    • Toggle between Day, Week, or Month view to see your classes laid out on the calendar grid.

Edit Your Planned Classes

  1. Find the Class You Want to Adjust
    • Go to the My Classes page in Navigate Enrollment.
    • Select the Planned tab.
    • Ensure the correct term is selected from the dropdown menu in the top right.
    • Locate the class you wish to update

  2. Adjust or Remove Classes
    • Start by selecting View Details for the class.

    • TO ADJUST SECTION DETAILS: Select Adjust Associated Section, answer the prompts, then select Submit.

    • TO EDIT GRADING, UNITS, OR LOGISTICS: Select Edit, answer the prompts, and select Next. Then, review your choices, and select Submit.

    • TO REMOVE A CLASS: Select Remove and confirm by selecting Yes, Remove. You will receive a confirmation message. Select Finish.

    • TO CHANGE LECTURES: Drop the current class and add the new lecture to your planned list—there’s no direct way to swap lectures in your planned list.
