- Some classes may also prompt you to provide:
- Waitlist preferences – If a class has a waitlist, it might ask if you'd like to be added to waitlist if the class already full. You can also use Drop if Enrolled to automatically drop another class if you're enrolled from the waitlist.
- Swap with Enrolled Class – Select a class to drop if you're adding a new one. If you don’t want to drop a class, select No, enroll me as usual.
- Career (e.g., Undergraduate or Graduate) - This option will only appear for students with multiple careers (such as coterm students)

Tips
- Plan early:
- Having courses in your planner makes enrollment fast and easy by using the Batch Enroll feature once registration opens. You can begin planning classes more than one week before enrollment opens.
- Modify your plan:
- If you need to edit aspects of your plan, such as grading basis, number of units, or your associated section, you can now edit your planned classes before you enroll! Check out the View & Edit Planned Classes page.
- Monitor waitlists:
- Even while planning classes, you can set your waitlist preferences so you’ll be eligible to get on the waitlist if a spot is available.
