Submission Policy and Form

University classroom requests can only be submitted after classes have been assigned their classrooms during a process called Priority Rooms Scheduling (PRS). 25Live, our room scheduling system, will open for submissions once PRS is completed. PRS dates will vary from quarter to quarter.

Requests are Final

Event dates, times, and locations must be finalized before submitting a request. Edits or cancellations are not permitted once the request is submitted. In case of emergencies, contact an OSE advisor for assistance.

Quarter by Quarter

The last date of the request needs to fall before End-Quarter Period. 

Meetings or events taking place after final exams but before the start of the next quarter may be submitted at any time.

5 Business Days

Requests to use Registrar scheduled spaces need to be submitted at least 5 business days before the first date of the event. Any requests submitted after 5 days before the event will be processed at our discretion and are subject to cancellation.
