Student Organization Classroom Requests

The Registrar's Office manages the scheduling of over 150 university classrooms that are available to recognized student organizations free of cost.  The following information is provided to make the process of requesting the use of one of these classrooms as easy as possible for your event.

Before you submit your request, please take a moment to review the essential guidelines below. Understanding and following this information carefully will ensure a smooth and successful booking process.

We’re excited to support your student organization so that you can put on a great event.

First, some important definitions:

  • Meeting - an internal gathering of organization members only; no outside guests or attendees
    • Small - headcount of less than 25
    • Large - headcount of 25 and larger
  • Event - a gathering organized by a student organization where there will be guests and/or attendees who are from outside the organization
